broken showerhead poor heating
The location was convenient for seeing the main attractions.
The room was smaller than I expected. The bathroom showerhead was broken and leaked water all over. the heating did not seem to function well, as it was either too hot or off completely. This.

limited protein laundry charge
the breakfast setup wasn't ideal. the room felt cramped and i found only boiled eggs available, a limited protein option (where's the bacon?). also, they charge per item for laundry, a policy that felt a bit cheeky to me, especially with no complimentary replenishment of bath towels .
